Flagship and Mariner

At Flagship in Yaletown, Vancouver, Storm Electric successfully transformed a multi-level parkade into a fully EV-ready residential facility. The project prepared 250 stalls across four levels, beginning with 24 active chargers. Designed for future expansion, the infrastructure can support up to 250 chargers without additional utility upgrades. Dynamic load management also allows one 32-amp circuit to power up to four chargers.

Dedicated transformers and electrical panels were installed on each parkade level to improve energy distribution. Positioning equipment closer to the stalls shortened wire runs, reduced labour, and lowered overall costs. We also helped implement a one-charger-per-owner policy to support fair access across the development’s 340 parking stalls.

From engineering consultation to final handover, Storm Electric maintained clear communication, efficient scheduling, and strict safety standards. The project was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to residents, delivering a reliable and scalable EV charging solution.
