144W (per light) = 1.73kWh = ~$0.20 x 120 (total lights in building) = $24.00 per day (running 12 hours)
$24.00 x 250 (avg days per year) = ~$6000/year
LED 2×4 panel lights
36W (per Light) = 0.43 kWh = ~$0.05 x 120 (total lights in building) = $6.00 per day (running 12 hours)
$6.00 x 250 (days per year) = ~$1500/year
A difference of $6600-$1500= ~$4500/year or 75% in savings which is a savings of about $25,500 over 5 years!
Along with these savings, there are savings on the lamps and lamp replacement service calls that will no longer be needed.
We will also include a one year warranty, to repair any lights that fail. Failures are a rare occurrence, as the LED panel lights have greater than 70% LED Lumen maintenance at 50000 hours.
