Electrical Planning Reports for Strata Corporations
An Electrical Planning Report (EPR) is now a legal requirement for most strata corporations, due to changes in the Strata Property Act in late 2023.
An EPR is a report containing the following information:
- The state and limitations of a property’s current electrical system including common property & strata lots.
- Anticipated future electrical needs.
- Measures to reduce capacity, such as changing lighting systems to LED.
- Measures to increase capacity such as a service upgrade.
