Storm Electric completed a commercial tenant improvement in downtown Vancouver. The project combined two separate offices into one larger workspace and included complete power distribution, structured network cabling, data drops, and high-efficiency commercial lighting.

Working closely with the general contractor and property management, our team scheduled demolition and rough-in work to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants. All conduit, lighting fixtures, and network connections were installed in accordance with building requirements and City of Vancouver electrical codes.

From demolition to final system energization, Storm Electric delivered the project on schedule. The completed office was handed over fully operational, network-ready, and prepared for long-term business use.
